The lady contacted me by email soon after I submitted my application. She asked for a time to speak on the phone, which was the next day. She asked a few of the basic interview questions, then set up another phone date for a second interview. During the second interveiw, the questions were more intense, which I didn't respond to as well as I wished I would have. But she was still very pleasant to talk to.
