Entrevista
Group interview and then one to one. Was very comfortable and fun experience. Different to other interviews I have had. Left the group interview with gifts as well. Foretold how the company would be. The first interview was very informative and fun whereas the one to one was a bit more formal but still an equally relaxing experience rather than stressful.
Applied online via Workday, and received an email invitation for an interview.
It was a group interview with two parts. In the first part, you get paired up with another person and take turns playing the customer vs. client role. You will be given a product, need to sell it to the customer. Then you will head to the one-on-one interview with the store manager, but in a big room where many other store managers will be doing other one-on-one meetings with other candidates as well, so try not to be distracted

It was a group interview online. Pretty smooth and easy. The interviewer was nice enough. The induction was online with like 300 people. Very simple too, they give quizzes and mostly OH&S and learning about the brand
