I had a very disappointing interview experience with Measure Marketing Results Inc. The process lasted nearly 3 months and involved a highly time-consuming assignment that felt more like a full-scale project than a standard interview task. After completing the assignment, I went through 3 interview rounds successfully and remained responsive throughout the process. However, despite multiple follow-ups, communication from the HR team remained vague, with repeated promises of updates that never came on time. After keeping me in the process for months, I was eventually told that I was “not a cultural fit.” While I understand companies have the right to choose candidates based on their internal criteria, I believe candidates’ time and effort should also be respected. Long interview processes, extensive unpaid assignments, and delayed communication create a frustrating experience for applicants. I hope the company improves its hiring transparency and respects candidates’ time more professionally in the future.
