The first 45 or so minutes consisted of a comprehensive 'getting to know' monologue given by the interviewer, during which time I was informed on all the supervisor's professional do(s) and don'ts, professional character, likes and dislikes, and personal history. The last 15 minutes was direct lines of questions about me, as concerning examples I could give to describe how I took charge of difficult situations at work, etc.
