This gave the clear impression that my experience had not been reviewed in any detail and that the conversation was not designed to meaningfully evaluate fit. Rather than an interview, the interaction felt like a checkbox screening with minimal engagement or curiosity about my qualifications. I expected a deeper discussion based on my experience, but the conversation ended up feeling prematurely closed off. The recruiter spoke positively about company culture; however, this was noticeably disconnected from widely available employee reviews, which paint a significantly more critical picture and raise questions about internal alignment with external messaging. Overall, the process felt transactional, underprepared, and disengaged, with limited evidence of structured interviewing or genuine interest in candidate evaluation. This aligns with broader employee reviews that point to systemic issues in consistency and professionalism within the hiring process. This interaction did not leave me with any interest in moving forward in the process.
