Took a couple tries to set up an initial phone screening interview with recruiter. Once I finally got the interview the recruiter seemed REALLY uninterested. I later found out from a friend that works at the company that this person had moved departments after my phone screen. It was unclear what they were looking for and the general take away I got was that people at Mcmaster are bored with their jobs. I have no real bad feelings towards the company as a whole but this instance made me reconsider. Even though you are compensated immensely at an entry-level position, I just couldn't reconcile the compensation package with the people I would probably be working with. I decided to go a different route.
