Only got as far as a phone screening that the recruiter raved about at the end before she ghosted me. Recruiter was very clearly preoccupied with some other task like cleaning on speaker phone while barely giving any information about the role. Every question I asked was rebuffed with "I don't know" or "I don't have my stuff in front of me" since she came unprepared to the call. Said I'd have next steps by end of week but radio silence ever since even with follow ups.
