They simply use you inviting to participate in many interviews to the end of the process, so you feel you are doing great. You are totally blind sided, probably they are only using you since they already have the candidate for the position. They try to engage you being very welcome, but when you receive the email from the HR it is something unbelievable! The email I received from HR, following up 3 interviews in a row was that I did not serve for the position! How interesting they did not realise it during the first interview.? My impression was the worse I could have from a company. I should pay more attention to the reviews because other reviewers said the same! Believe me they will play with you. Sadly..
