I was contacted within 2 weeks of completing the online application process. The two interviewers were professional and the process was not pressured. I was advised that they don't drag out their hiring process for months. A week after my initial interview, I was called back for an interview with a VP. I was even more impressed after hearing more about this divisions beginnings and vision for the future. It's been a couple of weeks without a response, but I remain hopeful as McKesson appears to be aligned in the booming field of healthcare product distribution. They are already a leading player in the industry and posed for greater expansion with recent mergers.

What makes you the best candidate for this position?
Manageable, but not over the top. Similar to a pharma interview. I needed to close the hiring manager. There were 4 interviews in total and 1 field ride. The interview process took 3 weeks.

Entrevista
I applied with my resume for an interesting position with an attractive pay range. Gia, the AI assistant, helped schedule a Teams interview. The recruiter was clearly reading from a script with a checklist, and when I answered everything positively, I was told the top of the pay range was significantly less than what was advertised.
It was an average interview. Same questions you would be asked for any similar position at another company. Hiring manager was friendly enough, but it seemed like they were somewhere else mentally.
