I had a 45-minute interview with a McKesson recruiter. She was wonderful; we walked step-by-step through the job's critical skill requirements and how I met them, and she also gave me tips on what to highlight when I spoke to the hiring manager. She told me I should hear back within the hour to schedule other interviews. Two days went by, and I followed up to check in, and I never heard from her again. Was disappointed because she was so nice/helpful and it sounded like the perfect opportunity - would have really appreciated an update.
