Typical situational interview. Prepare for hiring managers to be up to 30 minutes late to start the interview, all were in jeans and t-shirts. Reception staff and recruiters were very nice and very professional. Frequent rescheduling of interview dates and times. Extended the process by several weeks.

Nothing out of the ordinary. The most unexpected was the managers just reading from a list of questions and really having no eye contact or true conversation with the interviewee. Walking through the work area the staff seemed very disorganized and it was very loud. It did not appear that any special event or activity was going on so this may be the normal day to day environment.
Overall the interview process was quick and efficient process with staggered interviews from specific business unit. It did not drag on and the team was responsive to my questions. The tone was conversational and candid, while keeping focused on the job expectations and team culture.

Initial interview - nice recruiter but hiring manager looking for a specific skill/experience that was not specified in job requirements/breakdown made this a no go from the beginning and a waste of time for everyone involved.
It went well- very professional, nice people who are organized and straight forward about the job. It was a decent length interview with thoughtful questions and they also gave honest answers about ideas that were discussed.
