I was interviewed by four people. I first went through at least three phone interviews. Then, I had a one on one interview with two Analysts, then then manager, the with the VP. I received an offer a couple of days later.
Microsoft Teams interview, it was a phone screening interview that I had with a recruiter at McKesson in Montreal. We discussed my qualifications and my experience. she asked my salary expectation.

Hr interview was mainly to talk about company culture, which seems quite good. Hiring manager, was more like a conversation than an actual interview. Overall very good experience, seems like a good place to work.

3 rounds repeated questions was focused on long-term new hires, the turn over is the highest I have ever heard of . Since I worked with Headcount in my Role. I see the terminations regularly
