First there was a phone interview. Then, I was brought in for an examine on software programming and software engineering. After the test, The position was described to me and there was some discussion about the product. Then I was brought back for a third interview where multiple engineers would quiz me on various topics.

Entrevista
Director came down to the lobby and walk me to the interview room. Well, two managers were actually using his room to do the interview. The managers appeared to be freshly promoted and acting quite fidgeting during the whole process. By the nature of the interview questions, it appeared they have very limited interviewing experience and the interview questions were geared toward fresh graduates. 5 minutes into the interview, I already know that I over qualified for the position and looking for ways to bail. No GO. Ended up enduring the whole "Are you smarter than the 5th grader?" kind of CS questions.

What are the difference between an array and linkedlist? (Seriously, for a Senior Software Engineer role...)
What are the difference between abstract class and interface? (Maybe the managers have never work with Java before and think this is a meaningful question for this type of roles)
