Firstly thank you for taking the time to review Mazonai, we always welcome as much feedback as possible to help us improve our current practices.
I’m sorry you felt your overall experience with Mazonai was negative. As you mentioned, we were interviewing a large volume of candidates and unfortunately this means we have to keep interviews from over running on occasion. In regards to the topics discussed in your interview, at Mazonai we like to get to know our candidates personalities and interests in order to assess whether they would be a good fit for the business, this does mean that our interview questions do sometimes differ to that of a ‘traditional’ interview.
