I had a phone interview with the accounting manager. I was then emailed a assessment test to complete. I finally had a in person interview. I was told I was their top candidate and the most qualified and that the next step, if offered the job, would be a drug test. Two days later I received an email stating that they were continuing their search with more qualified candidates.
