First, a phone interview took place and you will be asked about brief introduction of yourself and some technical questions about your project. Not hard.
Then, you will have a 1:1 screen test. For this part, you need to be quick and familiar about C++ system to finish within 60 mins.

C and C++ questions, the hackerrank questions were all LC easy type stuff in C++ but the live coding questions were more in-depth memory error related
The first round phone (no screen) interview is to debug a C++ program. Interviewers should be very familiar with C++ grammar (like string, memory, etc.). In general, it is not very hard. It will last around 30 minutes.
