Two rounds of interview, with multiple conversations with the assigned recruiter. As for the interviews, it was a straight forward process with interview questions focused mainly on the role itself. Nothing tricky with both rounds of interviews.

HR interview was harder than manager interview. I guess it depends on who is the hr person in charge. All are done over zoom or Ms teams. Other than that no issues.

Provide guidance on how candidates can enhance their skills or qualifications. Suggest courses or areas of focus that can help us to improve our chances in the future. excellent communication experience and a positive attitude throughout the interview. Can enhance my experience in project management, as that was an area where I expressed a desire to grow.
