It was a fairly easy interview. Asked a lot of behavioral questions and if you don't have any job experience you can talk about your experience in school or college. The interview was not long and took about 15 minutes.

Tell me about a time when you disagreed about a decision made by your boss/supervisor and what did you do about it?
The actual interview process was short; hiwever, it was a tempt-hire job so part of my "interview" was successfully working for about 6 months. Then they asked me if I was interested in a permanent posisiton.

Entrevista
The interview process with Maximus was informal; you get the job on the spot. The interview was held virtually but you can also go in person where you fill out paperwork, take a small comprehensive test, and then pick your schedule and they tell you the start date.
