I was first reached out by the corp recruiter who did a screening and then she followed back up me with to schedule me to meet with the person who was going to be my direct reporting manger. After going to interview with the manager and answering questions about my background and exp, I was moved on to meet with the VP of the project.

I was screened by recruiter over the phone. In that call I was provided with information about the role, comp range and benefits. Then I was scheduled to meet with my direct manager. After that I was invited back to meet with VP of program.
