No interview needed, just need to pass criminal record check, they will hire anyone who can pass this it seems, they don't even check education history. half the people i worked it had no clue what they were doing , lots of first time call center workers

Group interview. If interviewing you are chosen to move forward. During that same interview process if you want to move forward you were asked to to your shift time. Once the call is complete. You will get consent form for your background and things of that nature in your email. So the on boarding process is fairly easy.
