Fast, easy, and fun. Typical interview questions were asked. Should be a easy job to obtain for anyone looking. Ultimately, received an offer but declined to pursue other options. Overall nice office to work in.

Give a time when you dealt with a difficult customer
Group interview. If interviewing you are chosen to move forward. During that same interview process if you want to move forward you were asked to to your shift time. Once the call is complete. You will get consent form for your background and things of that nature in your email. So the on boarding process is fairly easy.
