During the first 3 minutes of the phone interview they fired off some information about the company, and then asked if this was something I was interested in. No pleasantries, no introduction, no questions about myself besides why I am leaving the role. She kept asking me if I was sure this is what I wanted, to the point where it was clear she just wanted to get off the phone. She reached out to me for the interview, so I don't understand the lack of professionalism.
