I did a phone interview for a payroll coordinator position. The recruiter called me from her car phone, it was a little challenging to hear her, but we spoke for about 15 mins. It seemed like it went well, though she hinted that I was over-qualified, but assured me I would hear from her the following week about an in person interview. She never called, so about 10 days later I contacted her and found out the position was filled.
