Mmm...not quite sure what the interview questions were supposed to accomplish, but as soon as I saw the work environment as I was led to the interview, I had mentally already made up my mind... So this job and the work environment reminded me of a call center (hint the word recruiter)...when I initially had my first phone interview, I didn't know much about what the company was and offered a second in-person interview...during this period I did my research and knew it wasn't what I was looking for but went to second interview for insight. To start, the interviewer was very nice but young...the work environment gave off the vibes of micro managed environment because how the desk were...there was zero privacy and everyone was close together, tables with monitors on them, back faced against the managers office...absolutely not my type of work environment. The employees were young and I heard loud music playing through the small office. Gave off unprofessional environment. At that point, I had really tuned out where I gave zero effort in the interview and I'm sure interviewer sensed that because I didn't ask him any questions on the business (mind you, I already did my research and saw the major lawsuits and former/current employee reviews...) and his questions became lack thereof. If you're interested in sales, no privacy, possibly a strong sense of micro managed, young immature environment (loud club music playing throughout small office), recruiter...this might be your ideal mid job.

There were multiple people who I came to find out didn't work in my department or have anything to do with me interviewing me and my future boss. They were not friendly and it was a pretty quick interview I don't even remember any specific questions they asked, At the time they were desperate and that branch was going to close and a few weeks earlier there had been a mass exodus (found this out after accepting the job) Looking back I should have realized how desperate they seemed,

First, you go in and have an interview with the account manager. You have a conversational interview- there are no hard set questions, but typical interview questions will crop up. Mine was where do I see myself in 5 years and what makes me think I'd be a good healthcare recruiter. Then if you pass, you go onto a "pit" sit where you sit with the recruitment team for about 2 hours. They'll ask you questions and then you'll have another mini-interview with the recruiter supervisor. From then on you have an interview over the phone with a regional manager. I still don't know if I've been accepted for the job and it's been 6 weeks, I'm assuming not.
