First, they set up a phone interview with a recruiter. Then schedule to meet in person at the office. And then, head to toe assessment interview with an RN in their lab room.

Thé interview was over zoom and went fairly smooth. Regular questions asked about experience and past work history. Maybe took a total of 30 minutes and was offered the job during the interview.
