A very long process but overall necessary for the specific office. Included a couple of phone calls with a higher up Talent Manager, then an in person interview, a day of shadowing, a social interview, and finally a phone call with a regional manager.

Once you apply online if the hiring manager decides to select you for interview the furst interview will be a face to face interview.The next step would then be a sit down or pit sit.The final interview would be when you would be accepted or denied

Entrevista
Pretty easy, started with a quick phone screen then there was an in-person interview in the office, which took about 30 minutes. Then I spent about 20 minutes meeting the team and learning more about the job. The interview questions were easy and very standard and meeting the team wasn't stressful, they just went over what the job duties would look like.

Strengths / weaknesses, how I overcame challenges, etc. Very standard interview questions. My only work experience to reflect on was through volunteer programs in college, working in a restaurant, and a college senior project.
