Insightful, informative and values led. The interview was in a 3 stage process, informal discussion with the CEO/Founder, followed by a in-depth discussion with the CEO/Founder and then a presentation with SLT members. It was a great opportunity to learn about the business and all of the panel were open and welcomed challenging conversations so that as a candidate I could assess the business throughout the process. The CEO/Founder was transparent and visionary which enabled me to really align to practical ways I could add value in the role.
