The process was very demeaning and not worth my time. I am overqualified for this position and their questions were purposeful to be tricky. They were rude and not interested in who they were hiring. The total process was 3 months with application, phone interview, writing exercise and extremely difficult interview. After this stage, you needed another interview before offered the job.
