Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Maverick Software Consulting (Minneapolis, MN) en oct 2015
Entrevista
I received an email shortly after applying to schedule a web conference. I interviewed with two people over Webex. They just asked a little about myself, generic "describe a time when you felt challenged" type questions. Then they asked about what classes I've taken, what languages and concepts I'm comfortable with. They asked if I was familiar with OOP but didn't ask anything more about it. I've worked on quite a few personal projects but had never taken a formal data structures class and they said it would probably impact whether a client decides to take me on. If you're not totally familiar with the company, they train and match interns to companies who want to take on some intern work.
It was the usual intern interview, nothing too complex.

Entrevista
The interview was remote, and focused mostly on past experience and "soft skills." It seems like they leave the technical stuff to whatever company they pass you on to.
The questions focused on out-of-school development experience and teamwork; looking for specific examples.
