only had a phone interview which was rescheduled three times before it actually happened and even then the recruiter was late in calling me. The company seems to be in be in a disarray.

The interviewer emailed me to setup an initial phone interview. An hour before the interview the interviewer texted to say he needs to change the time. We postponed the interview for two hours. After two hours there was no call. I texted and called back with no answer. I emailed and received no reply. Very unprofessional. Stop wasting people's time.
