Entrevista
Rigorous and multi-layered with several stages to pass. The interviewers change from stage to stage. Final performance is a cumulative function of the results at each stage. For Freelance Writing the final stage is Editing.

There was zero physical interviews throughout the entire process. I waited a few days after sending in my application. On following up, the alerted me that I was in the group shortlisted for the next stage. They contacted me the next day.
