Disappointing experience after positive initial rounds with the Recruiter and Hiring Manager. The third round, a SQL interview, ended abruptly when the Senior Data Analyst accused me of cheating and seeking external help. If the company lacks trust in candidates during virtual interviews, perhaps all interviews should be conducted in person. This experience raised serious concerns(Red Flag) and reflects poorly on the company’s culture and hiring process.
