Asked me general questions, including where I shopped elsewhere and what was currently in style. Very laid back. Also paid attention to COVID policies which is nice. More informal and getting to know me as a person.

Great! Very thorough and the questions were as expected. The office was a tiny part of the back room that was open to other employees interrupting. I like the person interviewing me but red flags went up when I find out 7 out of 9 employees are managers.
Was texted beginning questions and then was offered a group interview through zoom. It was popcorn speaking style so everyone answered a question after the other. The questions overall were pretty basic.
The initial interview lasted around 40 minutes, and there was lots of good conversation, and lots of questions based around hypothetical behavioral scenarios and how one would act in certain customer service situations
