I had a virtual interview for the Outreach specialist position. However the individual interviewing me immediately informed me that the position I applied for had already been filled and asked if I'd be interested in a different position with a much lower pay and very different responsibilities. A week later I see the position originally applied for is still posted and open on two different employment platforms. In my opinion, it is very poor form and dishonest in the sense that they offered an interview for what I applied for but changed it to something they apparently had no plans of discussing with me.
