Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Matrox Electronic Systems (Dorval, QC) en jun 2019
Entrevista
It all went pretty fast, the whole process took about two weeks. After the HR phone screening, I had a technical interview comprising a written test on hardware design (about 40 min. long) followed by a personal interview in French with 3 team leads. The environment was very friendly and essentially consisted in describing my previous experience and analyzing the test. I didn't get everything right but they seemed to be interested in making sure you understand what's going on in the circuits and that concepts are clear.
Several days after the technical interview, I had a third interview with HR and the department's VP; this one seemed to me to have the purpose of making sure your personality is a good fit and that you really are interested. On the very same day I got a call from HR with an offer.

Entrevista
It was an onsite interview with a 30 minute written test followed by a thorough interview with the manager. The manager reviewed the exam with me. The interview mainly involved describing my hardware experience to ensure I have enough design experience. The manager was very friendly. I was mostly describing all the various projects I was involved in. They are specifically interested in how one goes through the design, testing and verification (functional and timing) process for a hardware design.
