I interviewed at Matrix Systems in June 2023 for the Associate SQA Engineer role, undergoing a two-round process. After a standard self-introduction, questions covered software testing definitions, reasons for interest in SQA, and a scenario analysis on employee ratings. The round concluded with a unique riddle question. Successful completion led to the second round with the Project Manager, featuring scenario-based questions on practical SQA skills. Later, HR discussions provided a comprehensive overview of the interview experience and salary.
