No HR involvement in interview process. Standard questions during individual contributor interviews. *RED FLAG * My final interview was with the CEO of the company and a Finance Exec. Finance being involved in my interview was completely irrelevant. Tone was very condescending. I asked about company culture and CEO made comment about past work experiences being diverse due to working with obese people and nuns. Completely ridiculous statement. That bad experience was critical in my declining the pay cut the offer provided.
