Had to submit a CV and a cover letter. A phone call with HR and then an in person meeting with the manager. Overall, the interview was relaxed and it was more about getting to know you as a person.
The process was as follows: application, x1 phone interview, 25-minute interview asking about your general experience. Very focused on your experience so you'll need to use transferable skills if you don't have customer service experience.

After applying online, received a call within a couple of weeks asking basic questions and to schedule an in-person interview. Interview was very easy going, typical questions asked relating to the job as well as about your previous work experience. Got accepted 2 weeks later.
