I did 3 phone interviews. One with a current employee, one with the HR manager and one with a Director, the CEO and an employee. Matrix heavily relies on references. The questions were mostly geared towards getting to know me, my personal interests, how I will fit into the company and what my future goals are to see if I would be a good fit.
