The interview process started from a telephone conversation with software development managers and it took about 1 hour. It was mainly about my previous experiences and my skills around the software development life cycle. The next stage was a technical test which was mainly about my technical programming skills. The last stage was the face to face interview with one of the software development managers, CTO, and People Ops. The interview took about 3 hours discussing through my leadership skills in a development team, code review followed by a presentation about a technical issue. We also discussed company values versus my personal values and how they are aligned.
