Being an Instructor with the company, they asked me a series of questions trying to gauge how I would handle management positions. They asked me things I thought I would excel at as well as my areas of weaknesses. All in all, it was very casual as I had already met and talked with them before. They like me for the position before I officially applied.

How would you handle an instructor that continues to show up late to their shift?
Interview process was pretty smooth. I got a message from a recruiter on Indeed and got connected with the regional manager to be interviewed with. They wanted someone more with business background.
The first round was a phone interview with some basic questions like have you had experience with kids or in education. It was very smooth and clear in their interview process.
I heard back about my application and had all my interviews scheduled quickly. There is a math test that was part of the application and two interviews. Looking for personality more than skill.
