Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en MathWorks (Boston, MA) en sep 2022
Entrevista
Totally f-uped scene, I won't trust their process anymore. They take a 45 min presentation followed by 6-7 30mins interviews, I was told that they will be moving forward with my application, did a background check, asked to contact my old references, I gave them all the details, did my background check, I had few doubts in the background check I emailed them and everyone started ghosting me. After 2 weeks I got an email, we cannot promise you that we will move forward with you. that's it that was the email. After another 2 weeks they sent me an email, that they are hiring someone else. All this after telling me that I have been selected. Also just so you know entire background check and reference contact was done before they didn't gave me an offer letter.
Technical coding assessment given on online platform. Plenty of time for assessment, easy and medium difficulty questions. A series of questions about my experience for which I recorded a video response
