You go through an initial interview with a Recruiter. Next you get invited on campus to meet a few members of your direct management and team members. Last you have another on campus interview with management that oversees your bosses and team members. If they are interested on moving forward with an offer you will have a background and reference check completed.

I was contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter but the person in the company who was in charge of hiring people wasted my time. The interview I had was a joke. I could tell that they were not interested at all
