First, people were shortlisted based on an offline video recording of candidates giving answers to given questions, then total 3 rounds happened 1) Online test : This round had both MCQ questions and coding questions 2) Technical interview 3) HR Interview

I applied for the company through campus recruitment. Two days before the date announced for the interview, candidates had to take an HR interview online where the questions would come up on the screen and a video of the candidates' response would be recorded. The next stage was the interview at their office. It consisted of three rounds - Technical, HR and managerial, in no particular order. Most candidates had the technical round and only one other round, due to shortage of interviewing staff.
