Entrevista
The 1st stage is a phone screening with the EDG manager. He was very friendly and described the position in more detail. We went through my A-level grades, my right to work in the UK and he asked some general competency questions. He then asked which programming languages I was comfortable with (MATLAB and Python) and asked me some basic technical questions on arrays, matrix manipulation and OOP concepts.
At the end of the interview I was told to contact him again in a few days to schedule a technical interview on skype which will cover topics in Maths, Control Theory, MATLAB and Python (I am still on this stage).
The 3rd stage consists of an on-site technical interview in which you will apply the concepts from the video interview and a competency-based interview with HR.
There were three phases for recruiting procedures. The first stage was a brief and relaxing conversation, the second stage was about technical things and hiring manager asked several questions in the third stage.
