They ghosted me after completion of case study saying they shut off the position wasting almost a month and half of my time going through the tedious interview process.

The process started with submitting my résumé, which was apparently reviewed since I was approved for the next stage: a technical SQL test on CodeSignal, consisting of four complex questions. I dedicated a significant amount of time to studying and completing the test, and I confirmed that my answers matched the expected results — I even scored full marks.
After submitting the test, I received only an automated message stating that I would not proceed in the process. I sent a polite email requesting feedback on my performance, but I never received a response.
I felt the process lacked a more human and transparent approach, especially considering the effort involved. The absence of feedback makes it harder for candidates to learn and grow, and it conveys a distant image of the company — which contrasts with the idea of an innovative and welcoming work environment.
