Interviewed with the internal IT Manager, a Sales Manager, and the Tech Lead for the Tech Express team. Standard roundtable interview involving technical and customer service related questions. At one point, however, I was asked a question relating to what the manager found on me from Alaska CourtView based on a charge that I was never convicted on. I knew this from past interview experiences with MTA, where at one point I was called in for a "second interview" which really turned out to be an interrogation from an HR person about this charge. I was unaware at the time how immoral, unethical and potentially illegal this practice was. I am currently following up with the ACLU about this incident. Be careful who you work for... this is a place where good IT professionals stagnate despite superb training opportunities.
