Had to reach out to unit director directly through email. I had applied multiple times through their job board and never received a call back. Emailed unit director and had an interview next day. No questions were really asked, director just described job duties/ culture and toured unit. End of interview I was told they would be extending job offer. Received actual offer the next week.

Took half a day, had a big group intro with HR then met the supervisors who would be interviewing us. Had two rounds of interviews 1 on 1. Usually after the second interview is when they told applicants if they passed or not.
