A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn for a screening call. I was then transferred to another recruiter for an additional screening before having a panel with what would be a coworker and the manager. I then had an interview with a recruiter from a different department that told me the Copy Editor position was filled in-house. She offered me an interview for a less compensated, hybrid role (they lost founding for that position by the way, and let me know via three emails about it.) Hopefully this isn't indicative of the actual process lol
