Interview process is a way too long and getting a feedback from them is a real challenge. Have given 3-4 level of discussion still no proper feedback from the hiring team. It would have been great had they shared the the feedback.

Interview was easy but after the second interview, the recruiter ghosted me for weeks. Emailed her but she never replied until one day, she sent me a generic rejection email.

Entrevista
There were three rounds; first being with the recruitment personal and ok other two with the hiring manager and head of department. The general interview plan was to to go through my CV and ask about relevant experiences.

Interview was mostly around my Cv and expletives as a TPM; there were care studies that I had to take in. Projects that were difficult and challenging and how we overcame it.

Entrevista
The interview lasted 45 minutes. They kept asking the same questions over and over again, just phrased differently. It was hard to come up with examples for the same types of questions. I couldn't really tell what they were looking for.
